PRIVACY

Hossel clothing uses personal information like your name, address, e-mail, phone number only for the shipping of products. Personal information transmitted to us will never be sold or shared to third parties.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping will take 1 to 5 business days after receiving payment. Purchased items will be shipped worldwide by our standard shipping service PostNL (this option is not free and we will charge 8,00 for worldwide shipping and 4,00 for The Netherlands. There is an option for local pickup, just contact us). As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace number. Any import charges, duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs. We can not be held responsible for late deliveries because we do not have control over this. By placing an order on the Hossel clothing webshop there is a chance an order can be delivered with a delay.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We always try to keep our products on stock and updated. Although availability may indicated on the webshop, it is always possible that the ordered product can not be processed in case of a lack of availability. There is also a chance that a product is shown with a wrong price. In these two cases we will cancel the order and contact you through email or phone.

 

LOST OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Hossel clothing will make an effort to deliver the ordered product(s) by complete and in good condition. 

We are not responsible for any missing or damaged products caused by the delivery company. In case that the delivered product(s) are damaged or not complete, we request you to contact us as soon as possible.

 

PAYMENTS

We offer the following payment options: iDeal, Paypal, Bank contant, Visa and Mastercard Creditcard.

 

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your creditcard information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Products can only be returned if size is not correct. We don’t do refunds unless product is heavy damaged like big stains or holes. If you get a refund All products must be unworn and unwashed, with all original Hossel clothing bags and cards. Products that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Hossel clothing reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet to these conditions. Any costs sustained by the customer to return a product are non-refundable. When returning products, please make sure that the delivery is traceable because we are not responsible for any damage or losses done by the delivery company. As soon as we received your return, it will take approximately 10 business days to process your refund.
